0:00Recruit, if the only advice you ever got was "git gud," you got no advice at all. Here's the setup. A newcomer asks how to fix a losing run, and the reply is two words: git gud. That's not coaching. That's a locked door with a whistle around its neck. Here's my take. Real coaching tells you what to change. "Git gud" only tells you that you don't belong yet. The genuinely cracked players I admire do the opposite. They lift the lobby, call the rotation, and explain the miss.

0:33Skill that only dunks on people isn't skill, it's volume. So what do you do with that? Next time a teammate struggles, give them one specific tip. Name the mistake, name the fix. And if you're the one struggling, ask for a clip review, not a verdict. Game on, guild. Show me the clutch you pulled with a little help from your lobby in Clutch or Bust at WinGamingGear. Entries close October 18th at 19:59 UTC.
