0:00This launch trailer for Village in the Shade promises a calm countryside life with strings attached. Village in the Shade is out now on PS5. This is the launch trailer, so it marks release day, not a first reveal. The setup is a quiet rural village where following the rules is the whole point. A trailer cannot tell you how deep those rules go, or whether the game holds up once the novelty fades. My prediction, recruit: the rules become the real boss, and the first one you break is the moment everybody talks about.
