Final Fantasy XIV Evercold Launches February 23, 2027

0:00Player, clear your calendar for February 2027, because Final Fantasy XIV is adding a crossbow class. Final Fantasy XIV's Evercold expansion launches on February 23, 2027. Early access begins February 19, 2027. The expansion introduces a new physical ranged DPS class called Zephyr, which uses a crossbow and an avian familiar called a Nephele. Here's my take. A crossbow and a bird sidekick is a clear, fun pitch for a ranged DPS, and a locked date this far out means you can plan instead of panic.

0:38I want to see Zephyr in real runs before I crown it, but I like the pitch. So decide now: are you diving in on early access, or waiting for launch day? Mark both dates, then watch for Zephyr details before you pick your main. Speed Demon is live at WinGamingGear, and entries close November 2nd at 04:59 UTC. Show me the fastest clean run you've got while you wait for Evercold. Game on, guild.
